December Games With Gold Announced

We now know what Xbox owners can expect from Games with Gold for the month of December 2016. Below is a list of the free games that will be available for Xbox Live Gold members to download:

Xbox One:

Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition

Sleeping Dogs is an open world action-adventure game released in 2012 from the now closed developer United Front Games and published by Square Enix. It will be available for download for the entire month of December.

Outlast

This first-person survival horror game from Red Barrels Studio follows the journey of a freelance investigative journalist. Try to survive and escape the horrors and atrocities that await you. Outlast will be available for download from December 16th to January 15th.

Xbox 360/Backward Compatibility: 

The following games are downloadable from the Xbox 360 marketplace as well as on Xbox One via backward compatibility.

Outland

This 2011 platformer from Dead Nation/Alienation developer Housemarque features Metroidvania elements set in a colorful and vibrant world. It features a polarity system and offers plenty of actions elements. Outland will be available for download from December 1st to the 15th. 

Burnout Paradise

The 5th installment in the Burnout franchise from developer Criterion games, Burnout Paradise offers gamers an open-world environment full of interesting and exhilarating racing events. It will be available for download from December 15th to the 31st.
